    Tiredness beginning to set in now. I completed Ashtanga Yoga, Tai Chi, Shaolin Ab routine and the 30 minutes of crunches but could not muster the energy to complete the resistance work. I did in the end do one set but it was hard. I had to go food shopping and looked after the kids which involved cooking, crisps and snacks but mnanaged to resist temptation. I was not hungry but missed the ritual of eating. Spontaneous higher emations and meditating definitely helped as well as visualising the outcome I want. Important not to put a time limit on the outcome desired. It make take many efforts to achieve it. Time limits are setting you up to fail and criticise yourself. Sleeping less and heart rate up slightly. I had the odd mood swing but not as bad as day two.
