    Some nausea today and a few aches and pains. I think this may be the autophagy kicking in. I feel dehydrated even though I am drinking 2 or 3 litres of water per day. Managed same exercise routine as yesterday but no resistance at all today. I drank lemon and ginger herbal tea to aid nausea but it made me feel hungry so I will avoid it next time. I had a cramp in the arch of my right foot when doing yoga. I drank smart water and added pink salt. I suffered noticeable anxiety today, negative thoughts and irritation. May have been the herbal tea and salt so avoid it next time. I meditated whhich helped but my mind was buzzing. In the evening it became worse and I suffered some catastrophe thinking. It was a struggle to stay mindful.
