Mindfulness meditation and the ongoing spontaneous generation of higher level emotions whilst think about my goal (to fast) is helping. Only slept 4 hours 39 minutes with 46 minutes of deep sleep. Heart rate 59 bpm. Waking bpm 56 bpm. Practiced Ashtanga Yoga, Tai Chi, Shaolin Abs, Ab Crunches and resistance training for about four hours and walked 6.9 miles. So pretty good considering.
